Puma Springs Vineyard
Sonoma County CA, 2005

In spring 2005 I was called by Julian Cohen of Arc Design to see the new home just built at Puma Springs Vineyard in Sonoma County. This beautiful property is on top of a hill surrounded by vineyards and overlooks the famous Ridge Winery.

I had the honor of applying American Clay Earth Plaster throughout the main and guest houses. All colors were chosen by Julian and Marie Cohen of Arc Design and then wonderfully eye-matched by American Clay. Loma finish was applied on all walls, except for the fireplace and the 3 cooking stove hoods.

A simple application style was requested. All walls were compressed with a hard stainless steel trowel as the final process in the job. None of the walls was sealed.

The Fireplace was treated with the Porcelina finish and a mural was painted directly onto it by the wonderful artist Antoinette Von Grone.

The job was executed in Summer 2005.
