Johnson/Grove Residence Kitchen

This well-designed kitchen was on the cover of Sunset Magazine in February 2002! I did the finishing of the brand new kitchen cabinets. The designer had asked me to give them some character. I applied an off-white base coat and a coat of glaze which I manipulated while wet into a "striee" effect--soft subtle vertical lines in a beige tone. I sealed the cabinets with three coats of Diamond Varnish for extra protection.
